Construction Management and Project Management Services:

Site Selection and Evaluation: We know what Life sciences facilities need. We will evaluate potential sites and recommend the ones that best fit the technology that will be used at that site. We are also experienced in Real Estate negotiations and contracts.

Programming: We research project needs, perform feasibility studies, review lease requirements and contracts, prepare conceptual layouts, cost estimates and schedules.

Pre-Design: We perform site selection and evaluation, interview architects and engineers for the project, and update the budget and schedule.

Construction Administration: We coordinate design and engineering, coordinate PG&E construction and service applications, manage permits, plan check review, insurance, and contracts, run project meetings, manage budget and schedule, change orders, review submittals, and invoices, and perform project quality control audits.

Project Closure: We coordinate substantial completion, punchlist management, final payments and certificate of occupancy.

Move in: We coordinate start up of utilities, services, and move in, set up facilities and maintenance functions if needed, and perform on going facilities management services as needed.
